efficient luggage valet parking central location

I found the staff moved luggage efficiently. valet parking was available. I could drop off luggage on the sidewalk. the hotel's central location made it easy to access shops and restaurants. the area was quiet for sleeping.

the room was very quiet, almost soundproof. i could not hear any outside noise. the junior suite offered a spacious modern bathroom with warm oak floors and paneling, it also had necessary amenities.

The dining area provided a light filled space for meals. fresh complimentary bottled water was provided in the room each day. This was a nice touch. the location was ideal for walking to nearby attractions.

The location met my needs. It was very central.

The room I booked was not excellent at all. The windows faced an empty courtyard. It was like I was cheated. I've come to expect more from small hotels.

The room size was smaller than expected. there was no view, described as a courtyard however it was more like a metal lift shaft. everything in the hotel was overpriced. I would have hoped for better value for the money spent

The location was perfect and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room service was great. I felt welcomed.

There were no handle on the balcony door in my room. There was no guidance from the hotel during the blackout. The block where the rooms were was pitch black, there was no torches.

a decent experience

super clean room great amenities wide variety personal touches water absence open space

i stayed in a beautiful double palacio and it was super clean. the bathroom included great amenities (i really liked the toiletries!). the breakfast had a wide variety of options.

there were a few minor issues . the room lacked personal touches. i found no water in the room upon arrival. the hotel doesn't have open spaces, like a patio or garden.
